First planning session starts 1 to 2 months prior to the wedding day to discuss your vision of the day and get a timeline in place

Manage rehearsal coordination the day before the wedding if venue allows

Second meeting is an on-site venue visit to finalize floor plan and meeting with venue manager to setup event expectations

Wedding Day Services: manage all ceremony and reception set up, vendor arrivals, securing gifts, final payments, marriage license return if designated and clean up

Contact all vendors and catering services, setup arrival times, and email final “Run of Show” to vendor team one week prior

1 Senior Event Planner and 1-2 Event Coordinators on wedding day based on final guest count

Work with park system to verify permits are in place for ceremony or other special requirements as outlined in the park or venue guidelines

Review the venue and vendor contracts that were already booked by the client or before to help you negotiate the best terms possible

Assist in obtaining remaining vendors

We offer unlimited meetings and unlimited hours needed for work requirements

Suggest and secure all remaining vendors to be booked. We will set up the meetings for you and attend all meetings in your place

Assistance with dressing and accessorizing the bride and can provide support

for wedding party as well

First planning session begins immediately with a "Campfire Meetup" to discuss the vision of your day. Meet our team and get the first plans in place for our team to start on the Naturalist Wedding style

Setup the proper contacts and paperwork you will need to get married in an outdoor setting especially with National Park locations

​

You are given full access to our approved vendor list

 

We remain the main point of contact for the entire wedding planning process up until we send you on your way to the honeymoon

 

The client has the luxury to only communicate directly with your Lead Planner and allow our team to work with venue and and vendors
